Buddy Up Fitness is a 60-minute full workout designed specifically for individuals with Down Syndrome. This program is a HIIT style class with emphasis on body awareness and core strength training. Our class is taught by certified instructors who have experience and training working with indivduals with special needs. Athletes will be partnered with buddy volunteers who will provide support, track progess and also develop friendships along the way!

No fitness training required and t-shirt is provided!
