Program Description

UnCharted CrossFit’s KidsFit program in St. Charles, MO, is designed to help kids build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Our engaging workouts focus on age-appropriate exercises that improve athletic ability, teamwork, and overall fitness. Whether your child is looking to stay active, gain strength for sports, or just have fun moving, KidsFit is the perfect way to develop a lifelong love for fitness.
