KidsFit Benefits
KidsFit training at UnCharted CrossFit offers a multitude of benefits to kids of all ages levels. With our gym’s expert coaches, we can help enhance strength, speed, agility, and endurance, ultimately improving their overall healthy weather out home or on the field or court. UnCharted CrossFit’s programming focuses on injury prevention, help athletes develop proper technique and reduce the risk of injuries, and most of all build confidence in and out of the gym.
Strength
Your child will learn and engage in strength training under the supervision of our professional coaches to ensure safety and proper technique.
Expert Coaches
Our coaches are trained, educated, background-checked, and certified to lead KidsFit training. As parents ourselves, we understand the trust parents place in us, and we want only the best for all the kiddos in our gym!
Varied Training & Athletic Success
Our KidsFit programming focuses on developing proper technique, reducing the risk of injuries, and ensuring long-term athletic success through varied training including strength, speed, agility, and endurance work.
Teamwork & leadership
Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.
